Welcome to Astro with Sandra
Hello, so good to see you!
I’ve always been fascinated by how the universe works. To me, the sky isn't just a collection of pretty lights—it’s a giant puzzle made of physics, math, and energy. I started this website because I want to share what I learn as a student and show everyone the amazing things I find through my telescope.
What I do here This site is where I keep my observation logs and the photos I take. When I look at a planet or a star, I’m not looking for a mystery; I’m looking for facts. I love figuring out what a star is made of, how far away a galaxy is, and how gravity holds everything together. I’ll be sharing my telescope images along with the scientific data, like the exposure time and the coordinates of what I’m tracking.
My Goal My dream is to become a professional astronomer. I want to spend my life using science to discover things that no one knew before. For now, I’m using this space to practice my skills and build a community for anyone who loves real science as much as I do.
The universe follows strict laws of nature, and there is so much left to learn about them. Let’s look at the evidence together.
Are you ready to...
Explore the physics of the stars?
Space isn't just a dark void; it’s a giant laboratory. From the way light travels across the vacuum to the intense gravity of black holes, there is a scientific explanation for everything we see. I break down these complex laws of physics into simple facts that anyone can understand.
See the universe through my lens?
Looking through a telescope is like looking back in time. I share the raw images I capture from my backyard, along with the technical data behind them. No filters or guesses-just the actual light from planets and nebulae as it reaches Earth
Learn how to track the planets?
The night sky follows a predictable map. I share my observation logs to help you understand where to look and what to look for. By using math and astronomical coordinates, we can find exactly where our neighboring planets are positioned in the solar system.
Discover the latest space data?
Science is always moving forward. I track the newest discoveries from space agencies and telescopes around the world. My goal is to stay updated on the facts of space exploration and share how these new findings fit into what we already know about the cosmos.
